Dated on 17th of the month, BONDEX and PANTOS Logistics have signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement which was aimed at establishing a long-term cooperative partnership; both sides have expressed the intention of establishing comprehensive business cooperation in the field of logistics business.
The cooperation would help both parties to promote consociation in the scopes of core business such as international express delivery, finance, sourcing logistics and distribution logistics in the future. Both sides would strive to realize a double-win prospect through the complementary advantages, and to explore the further opportunities of joint investment, cooperation of joint venture, or M&A business (Mergers and Acquisitions).
With the domestic advantage of BONDEX Logistics in China, PANTOS Logistics would carry out an all-round cooperation with Bondex in scopes of W&D (Warehouse & Distribution), air transport, shipping freight and many other scopes, and it was hoped that through this cooperation, PANTOS would expand the market share in China and obtain a magnificent development in the near future.
