On March 23, 2022, the Guangdong-Hainan container train launched with the organization of Bondex Group and support from China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd.
The train starts from Sanshuixi and Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province, and is transported to Hainan Island by barge by means of rail connection, and finally arrives at the Haikou South Railway Station. The estimated transportation time is about 26 hours, which is greatly reduced comparing to the traditional sea transport.
This new line established a high-frequency and normalized strategic channel connecting South China, East China (especially Guangdong) and Hainan Yangpu Port. We develop more rail-sea transport solutions on the basis of this line and Yangpu Port. This is the first step that Haicheng Bangda has taken in the railway transportation market in South China, and it also lays a solid foundation for the multi-level and in-depth cooperation between Bondex Group and China Railway Guangzhou Group in the future.
